Wash instructions: While we always recommend dry cleaning or professional cleaning, these slipcovers are machine washable. Close all zippers and wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with mild or no detergent. Hang to dry—using a dryer may cause damage and void the warranty.

Does Hetta truly provide free delivery?

Hetta provides free delivery on all items, regardless of size or price to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

How do returns work?

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, the Breeze has fully removable and changeable slipcovers, from cushions to frame. That means you can refresh your space or try a new fabric while keeping the same sofa. Shop here for slipcovers.

How firm are your sofas?

We have a range of cushion fills and construction that contribute to the softness and firmness for our sofas, from feather-fibre to more substantial high-density foam. The Breeze pillows are a feather-fibre blend wrapped around a high-density foam core. They're soft and relaxed, yet thoughtfully crafted. All foam is CertiPUR certified, meeting rigorous standards for emissions, content and durability.

Are your fabrics really stain resistant?

Yes, our fabrics really are stain resistant. Our sofas are made with durable and cozy performance fabrics. You can easily clean up most spills with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can use mild soap and water, or on some of our sofas you can remove your slipcovers to wash them. We recommend dry cleaning or machine washing them on a cold, gentle cycle, then hang to dry. To help you decide which fabric suits your needs, Hetta offers free swatches.
